OUR APPROACH
Pacific Process will always endeavour to clearly understand project deliverables and information requirements. This combined with an astute review of the commercial drivers of any project round out Pacific Process as a business solutions provider. This professional consultative approach to projects can yield greater long term efficiency gains and reduce front end contract management costs to maximize the return on investment to each client.
OUR INDEPENDENCE
We remain independent of any supply company and have no recognized proprietary equipment supply agreements. This means only equipment best suited for each application is evaluated. This also applies to overall process design and evaluations where traditional suppliers have vested interest in selling proven and established technologies. Particular environments and applications require specific design and build requirements and Pacific Process is adept at integrating these market requirements. Specific, strategic partnerships with clients, subcontractors or equipment suppliers may be formed on a project by project basis.
OUR CAPABILITIES
A highly experienced team with a wealth of diverse experience is available to handle all types of projects and business areas locally or internationally to the highest standards.
A comprehensive network of resources and long standing relationships with most of the key project sub-contractors and equipment suppliers in New Zealand means we can select project partners specifically suited for a particular process, site or customer and always with recent proven track record of high quality work.
Practical operations experience means sophisticated processing equipment can be coupled with common sense engineering practices. We understand manufacturing and operations which helps us achieve smart and sensible solutions.
Comprehensive design experience means we can provide robust plant designs, optimized ergonomically and functionally, and incorporating the latest proven technology.
Extensive project Management experience ensures projects will be completed to the customer’s requirements on time, to specification and on budget. Sole responsibility for turnkey supply and management results in a seamless communication channel for the customer.
All levels of automation capability can be designed from completely manual with a basic level of safety interlocking, to a comprehensive PLC and SCADA system with the latest in automation design and functionality.
Commitment to partnerships is critical. Pacific Process places the highest priority on a continuing business relationship with our customers. It is a commitment to provide ongoing support to the systems we install and may continue long after the project is completed.
Innovation and R&D is an integral part of our business. Smart business solutions always benefit from original thinking and the knowledge that each project requires unique design solutions. Being independent of suppliers means our process engineers have no design limitations in this area. Pacific Process has also been involved in a significant volume of research and development work and has patented technologies. This track record of innovation is a value added aspect to working with Pacific Process.
